7. Free Service and Future Pricing

7.1 Current Free Access: Goal OS is currently available free of charge during our launch phase. We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees in the future with 60 days' advance notice.

7.2 Future Pricing: When subscription fees are introduced, current pricing will be available on our website. We will provide existing users with advance notice and grandfathering options where applicable.

7.3 Taxes: Any future fees will be exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Users will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

7.4 Service Continuity: We are committed to providing reasonable notice before any service changes or fee introductions to ensure users can make informed decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights: All content, features, and functionality of Goal OS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, and the Goal OS brand, are owned by Oleander Financial Technologies or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, information, or content you upload to Goal OS ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide our Services to you.

8.3 Feedback: If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Goal OS, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Termination
